Reese's Campaign

The Ask

To increase sales and acquire new customers for the Reese's brand. The intended audience assigned was African Americans who purchase all natural/organic products.

Creative Concept

For this campaign, we decided to have Black athletes (Jared McCain, Sha’Carri Richardson, Jalen Hurts, Michael Strahan, etc.) and create a series of celebrity endorsement assets for Reese’s. These professional athletes are endorsing the organic and plant based products that the brand makes.

Rationale

We used a social media strategy on Instagram to target many age groups, but specifically the younger side of our targeted audience. We also used magazine advertising to specifically target a slightly older age range within our intended audience. The intent behind the use of celebrity athlete endorsement was to build audience trust with the brand.
